We support mission-driven organizations with:

  • Search and hiring processes that source, support, and uplift diverse candidates committed to advancing justice and equity
  • Organizational, operational, and program reviews, which no matter the explicit focus will also strive to identify and make plans to address institutionalized racism, oppressive systems, and bias
  • Strategic planning and partnerships so an organization’s work makes the greatest impact possible
  • Support for existing Boards to create an atmosphere that encourages individual and organizational reflection and evolution while motivating board members to engage deeply with the work and communities the organization supports
  • Assistance to identify new Board Members and create an environment that values contributions of diverse Board Members

Individuals

We support diverse individuals committed to advancing justice and equity for all with:

  • Coaching to support emerging and established professionals in strategically developing and advancing their abilities to lead
  • Mentoring support to explore their professional passions and develop their professional goals
  • Expansion of professional networks to include connections with professionals who can provide additional advice and support
  • Career advancement support including resume and cover letter editing, interview preparation, salary negotiation, and searches for new meaningful career opportunities
